The Trustees will present their Annual Report for the past year together with Plans for the coming year. This will be followed by an opportunity to ask the board questions and to discuss some of the issues that arise. This is the chance for members to have a say in the running of the village hall. The agenda is attached below together with the minutes of last year's event. Trustee Nominations - We have a three-year rolling programme of re-election for trustees. This provides an opportunity to involve new members in the governance of the hall and to welcome back those who have taken a break! Anyone who would like more information on what is involved should speak to one of the board members. Any Other Business. This meeting provides members with a chance to raise issues - we do ask for prior notification of these so that we can prepare a meaningful answer! Membership - Our meeting is for members of the village hall; there are still some residents who are not joined-up as members - please let us know if this is the case and we will sign you up.
