It seems like ages since the last Tea Shop get together, which was really fun with all the stalls. 
Tea Shop is back again next week, Tuesday 31st January from 3.00pm, but as a quieter, more relaxed event. 
We do have a couple of guest bakers though,  so please come along for tea & cake & a good catch up.

​ Brigsteer WI invite you to their first Open Meeting for 2023 next Wednesday 11th January in the Village Hall, when local residents Johan and Peter Welsh will be talking on "The Queen Elizabeth National Park, Uganda: Schools and Wildlife"
They spent 3 months in Uganda in 2012, assisting a small charity and were based in the national park where they worked with local schools and the wildlife rangers. They continue to raise funds to help with the projects there.

The meeting is open to all from 8pm. Admission £3 including refreshments, and if any ladies would like to find out more about our WI in Brigsteer, they're welcome to join us from 7.30. Feel free to contact our President, Sue Griffiths on 07718 904082 or myself on 07894 710014 for further details
