Huge thanks to all those who came along and enjoyed an eclectic mix of Christmas music, mulled wine, mince pies and good company.
I am delighted to report that thanks to your generosity we have raised...
£300:00 for the Air Ambulance
Hope you all have a stress free Christmas and a healthy New Year.
(On behalf of the 'Brigsteer Band' and 'Untethered')
The Tea Shop will be open again next Tuesday, December 19th, in the Village Hall from 2.00 to 4.00 pm. In addition to the usual tea, coffee, homemade cakes and mince pies there will be even more mulled wine, and the Brigsteer Band will provide background music (so a bit like the Palm Court really).
Come and join us at the Village Hall on Friday 22nd December for an evening of fun, music, mince pies and mulled wine. There will be two bands playing all your favourite Christmas tunes
for you to sing along to (words provided).
To make sure we have enough pies and wine for all please contact Mick Brookes at firstname.lastname@example.org or 07738756301.
Entrance is free but you have to pay to get out! (There will be a retiring collection to cover costs and any surplus will go to the Cumbrian Air Ambulance.)
Hope to see you there
