To make a booking request:
If the hall is free and you wish to request a booking click on the + sign on calendar on the day you wish to book.
If you already have an account with us you will need to log in.
If you do not have an account you be asked to complete a simple registration form and create a password.
You will then be able to complete the on line booking request form
On receiving this the booking team will consider the request and you will be notified by e-mail whether your booking is confirmed.
A booking team member may be in touch to clarify details. Once the event has been approved, the booking will be classified as 'confirmed' and you will receive an invoice for the event. This must be paid prior to the event.
Please note that once requested, your booking will appear on the calendar but the booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation e-mail from us.
If you wish to alter or remove a booking, or have any other queries please send us an e-mail or phone 07748 117209 leaving a message and we will get back to you.
We have a main hall and a meeting room available to hire.
Please note: As we do not allow different hirers to book the Hall and the Meeting Room for the same time, we suggest you check the availability online before booking an event. The calendar will clearly show if both rooms are free for the times you require.
