Regular Activities - Circle Dancing
Circle Dancing can be a most enjoyable and uplifting form of exercise. Dances originate from a range of countries, such as Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, France, Israel, Ukraine and Russia. There are also modern choreographies to classical and contemporary music, so there can be a very eclectic mix! The style and mood of each session depends on the needs of the group and the taste of the teacher.
The dances have set steps that are clearly taught. No previous experience is necessary, and you do not need a partner. If you can walk easily you can learn to circle dance. |
